Order from your supplier
Place your purchase order with the supplier in South Africa. Once the order is confirmed, ensure that all necessary clearing and permit requirements are in compliance with the Botswana Unified Revenue Services (BURS) and the South African Revenue Services (SARS).
Notify us
Furnish us with all the load specifics, including addresses, invoices, and permits. Alternatively, you can arrange delivery to our warehouse in Johannesburg.
We will collect and deliver
We will arrange for the collection of your consignment and take care of all border procedures. We kindly ask for the VAT payments to be settled upon our arrival at the border. Perfect Horizon can also handle the VAT payment on your behalf through our deferral account.
Pay
Our contract customers have a 30-day payment period (on freight charges), while cash customers need to pay before receiving their order.
